Develop a schedule, production, diagram, and resource plan collaboratively for before, during, and after the event.


Solidify logistical / operational considerations, allocate resources, perform a venue walkthrough, communicate and coordinate with the team, venue, and other partners before the event date.


Setup, operate, and manage all audiovisual technologies and live production tasks during the event. Assess production in real-time ensuring smooth running of all elements. Post-event, safely dismantle / pack equipment, and load out.
